Bg9 Terms & Conditions – Platform Terms of Use for Malaysian Players

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you as a user and the bg9 platform, accessible via bg9.run and all its subdomains, mobile applications, and related services. These Terms take effect from the date stated at the top of this document and supersede all previous versions.

Continued use of the bg9 platform following any changes to these Terms will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. bg9 encourages all players to review the Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable conditions.

These Terms are written in Bahasa Malaysia as the official language of the bg9 platform for the Malaysian market. In the event of any ambiguity arising from a translation into another language (where applicable), the Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail as the authoritative text.

To register and use bg9's services, you must meet ALL of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years of age on the date of registration
• Have a an active Malaysian phone number and is able to receive SMS verification
• Not be on bg9's self-exclusion list or any recognised gambling exclusion programme
• Not a bg9 employee, immediate family member of a bg9 employee, or anyone with access to the platform's internal information
• Acting in your own personal capacity and not as a representative or agent of any third party
• Registering from a jurisdiction where the use of online digital entertainment platforms is not explicitly prohibited under local laws applicable to you

All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. Submitting false information at the time of registration constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in account closure along with the forfeiture of all balances and winnings without compensation.

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) bg9 account. Multiple account ownership by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, different phone numbers, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. bg9 employs advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your bg9 account password and login credentials confidential
• Ensuring no other party accesses or uses your account without your authorization
• Notify bg9 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation
• Update your account information (phone number, email) whenever changes occur
• All activity that occurs on your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party

Bg9 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of an account due to a player's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Bg9 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only:

All deposits must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per transaction
• Deposited funds must belong to the player – using a third party's account to make deposits is strictly prohibited
• All currencies are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only
• Bg9 does not charge any processing fees for deposits made via the listed payment methods
• Successfully processed deposits cannot be cancelled or refunded except under circumstances specified by bg9 policy

Bg9 reserves the right to decline or place a hold on deposits suspected of originating from fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Should a deposit be delayed and remain unresolved within 30 minutes, players are encouraged to contact bg9 customer support with proof of payment.

Players may withdraw winnings from their bg9 account subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (same-source principle)
• All applicable rollover requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Full identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a certain threshold
• Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes (VIP Diamond/Platinum), up to 24 hours (all other tiers)

Bg9 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing for up to 5 business days where anti-fraud checks or additional verification are required. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is placed on hold for review, along with the relevant reasons.

All bg9 bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific conditions stated in their respective terms. The general conditions applicable to all bg9 bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player / account / device / IP address / household, unless otherwise stated
• The bg9 200% Welcome Bonus is exclusively available to new members making their first deposit
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly – they must first be converted through the applicable rollover requirements
• The maximum bet limit when using bonus funds is RM50 per hand/round (slots / table games) and RM100 per slip (Sports Betting)
• Large winnings obtained using bonus funds by wagering beyond the set limits may be voided
• Bonuses that are unused or unclaimed within the specified timeframe will expire and be automatically forfeited

Bg9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players. Bonus abuse – including but not limited to arbitrage betting (arbing), multi-accounting, or any method designed to exploit promotions – will result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and in serious cases, legal action.

All games available on the bg9 platform – including slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger), and poker – operate on a Random Number Generator (RNG) system certified by independent auditing bodies. The Return to Player (RTP) rate for each game is displayed within the respective game information.

General policies applicable to all bg9 casino games:

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, any unresolved bets will be returned to the player's account
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the bg9 system is strictly prohibited
• Bg9 reserves the right to void bets or rounds affected by technical errors, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances

For bg9 poker games, additional rules apply: players are prohibited from sharing hand strategies with other players during an active game (ghosting), from using real-time poker analysis software, and are required to play with genuine intent to win rather than to manipulate table outcomes (chip dumping).

Bg9's Sports Betting section covers cricket (IPL, T20 World Cup, Ashes and more), football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, UCL), badminton, e-sports, and a variety of other sports. Specific conditions for Sports Betting:

• All confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, except under circumstances defined by bg9 policy (for example, where a match is postponed beyond the stipulated timeframe)
• If a match is postponed and replayed within 48 hours, existing bets remain valid for the new date
• If a match is cancelled, postponed by more than 48 hours, or cannot be concluded, all bets will be voided and stakes returned
• Bg9 reserves the right to reject, limit, or void any bets suspected of exploiting pricing errors (odds errors)
• For rain-interrupted cricket matches, the DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method applies where it is used by the official match organisers
• Maximum bet limits vary by match type, league, and the player's VIP level — limits can be reviewed on the bet slip prior to confirmation

Bg9 strongly encourages players to check the latest odds and match information within the platform before placing any bets, as odds are subject to change at any time based on current developments.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bg9 platform and may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and / or legal action:

• Money Laundering: Using the bg9 platform to transfer, conceal, or convert funds obtained through illegal means
• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, odds systems, or payment processes
• Multiple Account Usage: Registering or operating more than one bg9 account
• Bonus Abuse: Using strategies specifically designed to exploit promotions without genuine play intent
• Bot & Automation Usage: Using automated software to play, place bets, or interact with the bg9 platform
• Inside Information: Placing bets based on information not available to the general public (insider information)
• Technical Disruptions: Any attempt to hack, breach, or interfere with the technical functions of the bg9 platform
• Third-Party Payments: Using another person's payment account to deposit or withdraw funds

Bg9 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close a player's account, without prior notice, if:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of any condition set out in these Terms
• Player provided false or misleading information during registration or identity verification
• Account suspected of being used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• The player is on a self-exclusion list or a recognised gambling protection programme
• Self-exclusion requests received from the player or a party authorised by the player

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting the bg9 customer support team. Prior to closure, all valid real-money balances (excluding unforfeited bonus funds) will be returned via the original payment method used for the deposit.

Bg9 takes its responsibility to promote healthy and responsible gaming seriously. Our platform provides the following self-control tools, which can be activated in your account settings:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits – limits will be automatically enforced by the bg9 system
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for a defined period – gameplay will be stopped once the limit is reached
• Session Time Limit: Set daily session time limits and receive alerts when those limits are approaching
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Self-exclude from the bg9 platform for a period of 1, 3, or 6 months
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close the account, removing all future access
• Reality Check: Receive periodic reminders showing the time elapsed and total amount wagered during your current session

To the extent permitted by applicable law, bg9 is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from gambling or betting activity on the bg9 platform
• Platform disruption or unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond bg9's control (force majeure)
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials
• Betting or game outcomes that do not meet a player's expectations – outcomes that are valid and generated by a certified RNG system are final
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the bg9 platform

Any bg9 liability that cannot be excluded by law is limited to an amount equal to the player's most recent deposit relevant to the liability situation in question. bg9 makes no guarantees regarding winnings or game outcomes – digital entertainment is subject to probability factors and individual player decisions.

Bg9 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect:

• Immediately – for changes required by law or to address urgent fraudulent activity
• After 7 days' notice – for moderate changes that do not materially affect existing player rights
• After 30 days' notice – for significant changes that materially affect player rights

Notice of changes to the Terms will be sent via registered email and/or in-platform notifications. Continued use of the bg9 platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the proposed changes, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect.

In the event of a dispute between a player and bg9, the following process must be followed in order:

• Step 1: Contact bg9 customer support via live chat or email at support@bg9.run with full details of the dispute, including your account number, date, time, and amount involved
• Step 2: The bg9 support team will investigate complaints within 24–72 working hours and provide a written response
• Step 3: If a player is unsatisfied with the first-level resolution, the complaint may be escalated to bg9's Senior Disputes Division, which will conduct a re-investigation within 7 business days
• Step 4: bg9's final decision is conclusive on all matters directly related to platform operations

All complaints must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the disputed incident. Complaints submitted beyond this period may not be considered by bg9. bg9 is committed to resolving all disputes fairly, professionally, and within the stipulated timeframe.
